Wa alaikum us salam wa Rahmatullah e wa Barakatuhu
It is not difficult for Allah Almighty to bestow upon His blessings on different parts of the world in different nights. For example, if Lailat ul Qadr is on 25th of Ramadan, it may come on 14 Sep in Saudi Arabia and 15 Sep in Pakistan. Allah Almighty can give His special blessings to each of these countries in different nights and nobody can keep Him from doing so.
Even it is possible that the Lailat-ul Qadr is on 23rd Ramadan at one country and 25th Ramadan in another country. All is possible for Allah.
Please do inform me in advance when you visit Jeddah.
