The time of Isha prayer continues up to what time? Until the Azan of Fajr or until Tahajjud?

Wa alaikum us salam wa Rahmatullah
There is difference of opinion between the scholars on the issue, according to some, it is upto the Azan of Fajr and to others, it is upto Mid Night. I have not conducted research on this topic, so it is difficult for me to provide which point of view is correct. Although the Mid Night view is more secured to follow.
